We are looking for a dedicated Trade Compliance Specialist to ensure our international business initiatives align seamlessly with European regulations. This pivotal role will involve maintaining compliance standards, interpreting governmental feedback, and providing crucial support to stakeholders. Your expertise will drive policy development, training programs, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare agreements ensuring compliance with European regulations for international business initiatives.
• Interpret governmental responses and advise stakeholders on strategic decision-making.
• Foster relationships with licensing authorities to promote understanding and compliance.
• Analyze business initiatives to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures, conducting training sessions as necessary.
• Perform internal audits to verify transactional compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Support external audits and investigations, coordinating data collection and corrective actions.
• Influence product development decisions through rigorous technical jurisdictional analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of international regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience, or 9 years of experience without a degree.
• Profound understanding of federal regulations governing international business activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven capability to cultivate and sustain relationships with licensing authorities.
• Ability to influence product development strategies through technical analysis.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
