You'll manage the entire development process, translating customer needs into actionable plans and ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate and Collaborate: Work closely with Sales, Buying, and Technical teams to transform customer briefs into precise supplier requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee sample development at suppliers, ensuring adherence to briefs and organizing detailed factory trials when needed.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products meet customer policies and regulatory standards, from ingredients to nutritional requirements.
• Leadership and Coordination: Chair regular NPD (New Product Development) meetings, guide products from trial to full production, and assist Sales with impactful customer presentations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and existing product lines, and build strong relationships with both suppliers and customers.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: A background in Food Science, Technology, or Engineering is beneficial.
• Language: fluent in Polish and professional in English 
• Experience: Proven experience in the food industry and product development is essential.
• Skills and Attributes: You’re enthusiastic, creative, and a confident communicator with a passion for food. You’re willing to travel domestically and internationally and possess a full driver’s license. Flexibility, professionalism, and a service-minded attitude are key to your success. PC literacy, including knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, is also required.
