Our client is seeking a highly motivated Product Development Technologist to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Lead the innovation and creation of new food products, transforming customer briefs into production-ready solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Manage supplier development, oversee factory trials, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
- NPD Leadership: Chair New Product Development (NPD) meetings, ensuring smooth transitions from trial to full production.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Technical, and Buying teams, building strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
- International Exposure: Occasionally travel across Europe for supplier visits and customer presentations, ensuring alignment and excellence in delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Polish is essential, with strong English language skills required for both written and verbal communication. Knowledge of additional languages, such as German or Ukrainian, is a valuable bonus.
- Education: A background in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in product development within the food industry is essential.
- Travel Flexibility: Ability and willingness to travel domestically (40%) and occasionally internationally.
- Technical Skills: Strong PC literacy, including experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Driver’s License: Full, clean driving license is required.
