About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator Officer to support our client's operations in Warsaw. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
✔ Managing correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping
✔ Coordinating meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
✔ Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
✔ Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role
🔹 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
🔹 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and  English
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant administrative tools
🔹 A proactive mindset with great attention to detail
