The hotels are located in Europe’s most vibrant locations, from Brussels to Lisbon and London to Athens, offering a unique budget hotel experience to a diverse audience.

Position Overview:
Reed Specialist Recruitment Poland is seeking a dedicated and diligent Finance Analyst to join the Finance Team. This role will be based at the office in Warsaw and work closely with the Operations and Management Teams to make the right decisions and support budget hotel operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the forecast process, both for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the annual budget process.
  • Work with Operations to develop and monitor relevant KPIs to track business performance.
  • Work with the Group Financial Controller at month end to review and analyze business performance against KPIs and budget.
  • Produce monthly analysis and presentations for the Board.
  • Produce financial models for expansion and M&A projects.
  • Produce work cap models and presentations for fund raising projects.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects to improve financial performance.
  • Produce ad hoc reports and presentations as required by the business.

Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant such as ACCA or CIMA a bonus
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of SQL preferable.
  • Ability to spot trends and identify inaccuracies.
  • Comfortable building detailed financial models for analytical and forecasting purposes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Inquisitive and analytical mind, thriving on tackling complex problems, and constantly building and refining processes with rigor and diligence.
  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Well organized, able to multi-task, and be a team player.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial or fast-growth environment.
