About the Role

As an NPD Technologist (New Product Development Technologist), you’ll play a key role in developing innovative food products from concept to launch. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure top-tier quality, and bring creative ideas to the table.

What You’ll Be Doing

Developing and improving food products in line with market trends

Conducting product trials, testing, and evaluating new ingredients

Working closely with R&D, production, and quality teams

Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards

Bringing creative ideas to enhance product innovation

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Degree or Certificate in Food Technology (or related field)

✔️ A passion for food science, ingredients, and innovation

✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
