About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring long-term retention.
- Identify, approach, and secure new customers to expand our market presence.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on our portfolio, including hardware, solutions, airtime, and services.
- Deliver exceptional sales support and professionally manage customer requests.
- Collaborate with Resellers and Agents, developing new partnerships as required.
- Oversee the seamless handling of sales orders and service issues, ensuring customers are informed at every stage.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer focus with a keen sense of commercial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Polish and English.
- Proactive approach to business development and solid market knowledge.
- Experience in satellite communications is a plus, but a passion for learning is essential.
- Experience in the defense industry is a must.
