Location: Łódź, Poland
Job Type: Full-time
Travel: 60% travel required, with a few days working remotely
Salary: Commensurate with experience: Up to 200000zl/annual

Our client is looking for a dedicated and skilled Sales Representative to be a key player in their dynamic team in Łódź, Poland. This role is essential for serving valued customers in the Northern Poland region, achieving ambitious sales targets, and contributing to continuous success.

 What You'll Do:

  • Customer Engagement: Serve and support customers in the Northern Poland region, providing top-notch sales and technical assistance.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed set sales targets within your assigned territory.
  • Business Development: Acquire new customers while nurturing and expanding existing relationships.
  • Technology Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of cutting-edge technologies.
  • Offer Development: Create detailed technology flows, calculations, and guidelines for customer proposals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales, technicians, and laboratory staff to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Market Research: Investigate market potential and demands to drive strategic growth.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed plans and reports, adhering to quality system regulations and internal procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background: University degree in chemistry or chemical technology preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of electroplating and chemistry is essential.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in chemical sales and commercial negotiations.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Language Skills: Intermediate level of English proficiency for effective international collaboration.
  • Driving License: Valid category B driving license.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Team Player: Eagerness to expand knowledge and collaborate within a team.
  • Independence: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Organizational Skills: Self-discipline and excellent organizational capabilities.
