Our client is seeking a talented Product Development Technologist to join their dynamic team. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead the development of exciting new food products across Europe, driving projects from initial concept to customer approval. Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Spearhead the innovation process, transforming customer briefs into ready-for-production solutions.

  • Quality Assurance: Manage supplier development, oversee factory trials, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

  • NPD Leadership: Chair New Product Development (NPD) meetings to ensure seamless transitions from trial to full-scale production.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Technical, and Buying teams, strengthening relationships with suppliers and customers.

  • International Exposure: Travel across Europe for supplier visits and customer presentations, delivering excellence at every step.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Polish is essential, along with strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Knowledge of additional languages such as German or Ukrainian is a bonus.

  • Educational Background: A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Proven track record in product development within the food industry.

  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically (40%) and occasionally internationally.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant PC tools.

  • Driver’s License: A full, clean driving license is required.
