Our client’s, customer experience is at the forefront of everything they do. It help’s them build functional systems that improve the customer experience, we’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic team.

🔍 **Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and development tools as code.

- Enhance automations in development and release processes.

- Analyze and ensure system reliability and performance.

- Safeguard systems against cybersecurity threats.

- Identify and resolve technical issues with root cause analysis.

- Implement automated error detection and system recovery.

- Provide Level 2 technical support and design troubleshooting procedures.

- Collaborate with software developers to ensure processes are followed.

- Participate in project planning and management decisions.

🔧 **Required Skills:**

- Proficient with AWS (EKS, RDS, VPC, S3, Redshift, MSK, Elasticache) and Terraform, ArgoCD, Helm, Cloudflare, Gitlab CI/CD.

- Experience with Datadog for metrics/logging/APM/RUM.

- Strong background in software engineering, particularly with Python.

- Familiar with DORA or equivalent for delivery speed, latency, errors, and saturation.

- Proficient in Git/GitHub/GitLab workflows.

- Problem-solving attitude and collaborative team spirit.

🎓 **Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with AWS Aurora Serverless and scalable solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.

- Experience developing applications for large companies.
