About Our client:
Our client is an innovative player in the building materials sector, active across European Union. We are seeking a proactive HR Specialist to support our HR Director and team in administrative and coordination tasks. This role is essential for ensuring smooth HR operations and workforce development in our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• HR Administration:
o Prepare HR data reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
o Maintain HR documentation and manage administrative tasks.
o Arrange travel, meetings, etc
• Project & Talent Support:
o Support HR projects and coordinate learning initiatives.
o Create communications for HR processes and internal announcements.
o Assist with Talent Management programs.
Qualifications:
• Experience:
o 2-5 years in HR, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
o Industrial, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Skills:
o Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
o Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
