We are on the lookout for a proficient HR Business Partner Generalist to enhance our Human Resources team’s capabilities. As an HRBP Generalist, you will be instrumental in marrying business objectives with staff and management goals within our designated business units. This multifaceted role encompasses a variety of HR functions, including but not limited to employee relations, talent management, performance management, and the implementation of HR policies. The ideal candidate will be an advocate for our employees and a catalyst for change, promoting the successful rollout of HR initiatives and nurturing a culture of high performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic partnerships with business leaders to support organizational goals.
  • Provide HR guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
  • Drive organizational change, enhance employee engagement, and promote a positive culture.
  • Advise on employee relations and ensure fair policy enforcement.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
  • Lead talent management, including performance and development.
  • Support learning initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Oversee performance appraisals, ensuring timely feedback.
  • Maintain HR policy consistency and compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain talent.
  • Manage onboarding for a smooth new hire experience.
  • Use HR metrics for insights and trend analysis.
  • Lead change management initiatives and develop communication strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years in a generalist HR role, with 2+ years as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is advantageous.
